At Emerald Store, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we offer a flexible and convenient return and exchange policy:
Returns
- Upon delivery, the courier will wait while you check the order. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or the size not fit you, you may return it on the spot with pay the shipping fees.
- So returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, in front of the courier.
Exchange
We allow exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
Additional exchange fees apply, ranging from 60 EGP to 90 EGP , depending on your city.
The product can be exchanged for a different size or color (if available) or for another product of equal value.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be with all tags and in the original packaging
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be exchanged or returned.
Customized or special order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

- Emerald Store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the outlined conditions.
- Emerald Store reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
